We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Procedures Technician to join our team at MountainView Hospital. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic and related procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
- Exercise professional judgment in-service performance and maintain a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics.
- Provide health care services applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate from an accredited Radiology school.
- Registry eligible with A.R.R.T. and/or R.C.I.S. within six (6) months become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (R.C.I.S.).
- Limited State of N.V. Fluoroscopy License and maintained.
- Current B.L.S.
- Required to maintain A.R.R.T and/or R.C.I.S. registry.
- Minimum two years' experience as a Radiographer.
