Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technician to join our team at MountainView Hospital. As a Special Procedures Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic and related procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
  • Exercise professional judgment in-service performance and maintain a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiology school.
  • Registry eligible with A.R.R.T. and/or R.C.I.S. within six (6) months become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (R.C.I.S.).
  • Limited State of N.V. Fluoroscopy License and maintained.
  • Current B.L.S.
  • Required to maintain A.R.R.T and/or R.C.I.S. registry.
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Radiographer.
