Job Title: Roofing Inspector

Stevenson Consulting is a leading engineering consulting firm operating in the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf region of the US since 1984. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to architects, developers, engineers, and contractors. Our team is seeking a skilled Roofing Inspector to join our team in the GREATER RICHMOND area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications
  • Provide expertise in roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
  • RRO certification preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations
  • 5+ years of experience related to TPO and BUR
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a construction environment
  • Ability to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.
