**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Inspector to join our team in the Richmond area. As a Roofing Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality work and compliance with construction codes and specifications.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specifications.
  • Provide expertise in roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality work.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements**

  • RRO certification preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience related to TPO and BUR.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a construction environment.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.
