Nurse Practitioner

At the Vermont Veterans' Home, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, and provide person-centered care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and participate in clinical oversight. Work with a wide range of services for long-term and short-stay admissions, including part-time evening positions available. These positions are eligible for benefits and include working weekends & holidays. Shift differentials, as applicable, will apply to hours worked on evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Possession of (or eligible for) licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license. In the final semester of an accredited school of nursing program. (Graduation from the program must occur prior to hire and continued employment will be contingent on the employee passing the Nursing Licensure Exam (NCLEX).
