Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care Medicine Group

We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Practice Medicine Group in Bennington, Vermont. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating patient care with others on the clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Provide health maintenance and prevention of diseases through patient education, immunizations, and physicals
- Coordinate patient care with others on the clinical staff

Work Environment:
- Full-time position
- 4-5 days scheduled face-to-face patient care
- General office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary: $98,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
