Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at the Vermont Veterans' Home. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for developing and managing nursing care plans, instructing patients and their families in proper treatment, and providing person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage nursing care plans for patients
  • Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment
  • Provide person-centered care to residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in clinical oversight and provide a wide range of services for long-term and short-stay admissions
Requirements
  • Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license
  • Two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience OR one (1) year or more of experience as a Registered Nurse I with the State of Vermont
