Job Summary
The State of Vermont is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for developing and managing nursing care plans, instructing patients and their families in proper treatment, and providing person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage nursing care plans for patients
- Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment
- Provide person-centered care to residents and families
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license
- Two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience
- Ability to work overtime when required
