Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description: Provide general office support and direct communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of calls through the switchboard, providing information to callers and relaying messages as needed.
  • Maintain office supply inventory levels and order additional supplies when necessary.
  • Assist with faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Participate in special projects and overflow work as needed.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and hotel accommodations upon request.
  • Maintain postage machine and order supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Welcome visitors, determine their purpose, and direct them accordingly.
  • Provide support to the office manager as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment preferred.

Compensation:
