Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive messaging optimization, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product lines. As a key member of the B2B marketing team, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey, maximize revenue growth, and strengthen TP-Link's market presence in the networking industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct customer research, market research, and competitive analysis to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies for B2B networking business.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers across TP-Link's product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI and revenue growth.
- BA/BS degree in marketing/engineering or in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles with technical background in networking solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Experience with Paid Ad, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Salary: $100K - $125K DOE with Bonus potential
