About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our accounting team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing financial systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and management of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including federal, state, property, and sales/use tax returns.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA, MBA preferred.
- Experience: Seven years of accounting/finance experience, with a minimum of four years supervisory experience required.
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
