About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in a correctional facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments to identify inmates' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address inmates' mental health concerns.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including psychoeducational and transitional groups, to promote inmates' mental health and well-being.
  • Respond to sick call requests and provide medication adherence support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and other community sources to ensure inmates receive comprehensive care.
  • Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with company and facility policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
  • One or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting.
  • Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist).
