Job Title: Customer Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Communications Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information to our customers and stakeholders during Air Train Irregular Operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Real-Time Communication: Initiate communication to the traveling public during Irregular Operations, providing them with accurate and timely information to support their travel needs.
  • Documentation Administration: Support various non-technical jobs, including asset review and documentation, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our records.
  • Communication Equipment Verification: Work with our maintenance and operations teams to ensure that our communication equipment is operational and ready for use.
Requirements:
  • Proactive Communicator: Ability to react quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with our maintenance and operations teams to achieve our goals.
