Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented Electrical Engineer to be based in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will serve as discipline design lead on projects that include an emphasis on receipt, storage, transfer, and issue of finished fuel products such as aviation jet fuel, diesel fuel, ethanol, and motor gasoline.

Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Engineer will work and coordinate with multidiscipline engineering teams including civil, structural, and mechanical engineers.
  • Position will include responsibility for development of discipline specific design execution plans for assigned projects.
  • Electrical Engineer will ensure that designs follow established project quality procedures and that required quality control reviews and checks are completed and documented.
  • Electrical Engineer will assist in training and supervision of work of junior and entry-level electrical engineers conducting fueling design work.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in Electrical Engineering + 4 Years of electrical design or closely related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Ability to travel one week per month inside the US and internationally.
  • Experience and ability to use AutoCAD.
  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with commercial and/or Department of Defense (DoD) fuel system design projects.
  • Experience with design of AFCEC, NAVFAC, and USACE fuel system projects.
  • Experience in design of systems that use a PLC control.
  • Experience with large and small motor controls.
  • Passed FE exam and hold current EIT.
