Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical resources to create and monitor material gap closure plans.
  • Pull key stakeholders together to develop and document mitigations.
  • Deliver weekly mitigation plans for part shortages.
  • Prepare part on page reports and participate in IPMT and Critical Part review meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills for executive interactions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).
  • Proficient in SAP transaction codes.
  • Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and jet engine component/configuration.
  • Understanding of jet engine overhaul process.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
  • 1st shift work hours with core hours 9AM-3PM.
  • Full-Time employment.
  • East Hartford, CT & Hybrid/Remote work options.
