Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Automation Solutions Architect to join our Supply Chain Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing warehouse automation solutions, driving business growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement warehouse automation solutions, leveraging industry-leading knowledge and expertise.
- Conduct thorough analysis of automation value and process profile to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, select, and deploy new warehouse automation technologies.
- Drive the Discovery Process, quickly assessing warehouse automation technologies to address business needs and deliver significant value.
- Monitor industry, technology, and business trends to identify opportunities, threats, and benchmarks for competitive advantage.
- Engage and manage institutional partner relationships to identify new capabilities, support new business, and drive ongoing efficiencies.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling technologies, industrial engineering, or warehouse systems integration.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in warehouse automation.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse automation, including sortation conveyor, goods-to-person, autonomous vehicles/robots, ASRS's.
- Strong planning, time management, collaboration, decision-making, organization, and presentation skills.
- High degree of comfort and ease with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Passion for understanding clients and internal customer's vision and business goals.
- Ability to champion ambiguous scenarios and challenges.
- Natural sense of leadership and ownership.
- Problem-solver, curious, hands-on mentality.
- Act as a change agent in adopting warehouse automation technologies to deliver significant operational improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus an annual bonus incentive of up to 10% or more of salary per year. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) savings plan, discounted employee stock purchase options, and quality employee discounts.
About the RoleThis is a remote opportunity, located near a major metro airport, preferably in the EST or CST time zone.
