Acuity Mutual is on the lookout for an Insurance Client Services Representative to leverage our proactive and personalized approach in assisting policyholders via phone, chat, and email.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively present insurance coverage options.
Address inquiries and various communications in a timely, precise, and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey.

Deliver exceptional support in managing, enhancing, and servicing both personal and commercial insurance accounts through various communication channels.

Generate Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Insurance Summaries, and Certificates of Insurance within the agency management system.
Examine policies during the Pre-Renewal phase to pinpoint coverage issues and provide recommendations for policyholders. Dispatch pre-renewal documentation.
Reissue policies that have been canceled or lapsed upon the insured's request. Secure necessary signed documentation.
Assist in the annual review of operational processes.
Maintain digital records.
Promptly notify Management of any potential Errors and Omissions upon discovery.
Consistent and reliable attendance.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma is essential. Additional post-secondary education is advantageous. A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Comprehensive knowledge of Personal and/or Commercial Lines insurance products. A minimum of two years in the insurance sector and/or two years of experience in a call center environment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependable, responsible, and innovative self-starter with a positive demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Capacity to thrive under pressure. A commitment to openly share and contribute to the success of the team.
Excellent telephone and listening abilities.
Proficient computer skills with solid typing capabilities. Eagerness to learn the Applied/Epic Agency Management System. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to achieve 6,000-6,500 keystrokes per hour on alphanumeric data entry with minimal errors.
Ability to effectively utilize emerging technologies to serve customers across all demographics.
Willingness to provide telephone coverage until 6:00 pm CST several times each month. The primary schedule will be determined based on call volume and team staffing needs.

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $49,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
