  • Guarantee that all suppliers adhere to customer requirements and regulatory guidelines, upholding the highest standards of compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documented procedures and policies to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is essential. A Master's degree or advanced certification is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with 4+ years in a leadership role demonstrating success in managing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience working with both domestic and global suppliers, particularly in regions such as China, Vietnam, India, or South America.
  • A strong track record of negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and ERP systems, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing technology to optimize processes.
  • Exceptional Excel skills and analytical capabilities, enabling you to effectively analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
