About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at uBreakiFix.

Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with call center operations, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Correspond with management to complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • Submit and reconcile various accounting reports in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all documents and reports, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Provide support for office operations, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, including audit functions.
  • Assist with office policies and procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company guidelines.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Conduct audits of accounts, systems, policies, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contact vendors and service providers as needed, negotiating rates and services.
  • Maintain a safe and neat office environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • Success in achieving sales goals, demonstrating a strong customer focus.
  • Organized and orderly, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to think critically.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certifications preferred.
