Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Field Training Manager to lead our training initiatives in the field. As a key member of our team, you'll develop, deliver, and manage training programs that ensure our operators, supervisors, and field staff are well-prepared, confident, and committed to safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Programs: Design, implement, and update training curriculums tailored to the needs of field staff, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct hands-on, practical training in the field, ensuring that employees are equipped to handle real-world challenges with confidence and expertise.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, helping them develop the skills needed to advance in their roles.
  • Evaluate Performance: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving operational needs.
  • Safety Advocate: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all employees are trained in compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry best practices and advancements in training techniques, continuously refining programs to keep the team ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with operations, HR, and management to align training initiatives with company goals and to ensure seamless integration into day-to-day operations.
