Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business, and developing and implementing financial plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and develop personalized financial plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, and present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed to ensure clients are on track to meet their financial goals.
  • Actively and regularly coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities, and drive investment education and visibility among branch staff.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required. Life and Health Insurance required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
