Key Responsibilities:
  • Insurance Verification and Benefits Management: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Prior Authorization and Authorization Management: Obtain prior authorization and manage authorization for patient treatments and services.
  • Payment Reconciliation and Collections: Reconcile patient payments and units billed, and collect over-the-counter payments and charges.
  • Relationship Building and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Part-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3pm-8pm.
  • Hourly Wage: $16.00-$21.00 per hour.
