Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and evaluate electromechanical components and subsystems, including motors, sensors, and actuators.
  • Efficiently manage testing infrastructure to support product development initiatives.
  • Construct essential support hardware for testing activities.
  • Collaborate with product design teams to create and operate testing systems and fixtures.
  • Formulate validation test plans and methodologies.
  • Analyze and present testing data to product design teams and management.
  • Provide constructive feedback throughout various phases of the product design process.
  • Work in close partnership with technicians, electrical and mechanical engineers, as well as software and controls engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in validation and verification testing.
  • Proven experience with electromechanical systems, including sensors and actuators.
  • Expertise in integration, assembly, troubleshooting, and documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with signal filtering and sensor/data acquisition operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.

Compensation: Salary range is $135 - $169, with actual compensation determined by experience and location.
