The Event Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and business development for Gecko Hospitality. This dynamic individual will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, consulting with clients to ensure seamless event execution, managing revenue documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Create and execute sales initiatives to meet KPI standards
  • Nurture relationships with repeat clients through regular outreach and follow-ups
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with the National Director of Sales and General Manager on sales and marketing initiatives

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or hotel event sales

  • Strong math aptitude for financial reporting and budget management
