- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to restraint reduction and psychotropic medication reduction
- Design and implement accountability systems to monitor progress and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly those with high-risk challenging behavior
