Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of professionals, including training and evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to restraint reduction and psychotropic medication reduction
  • Design and implement accountability systems to monitor progress and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly those with high-risk challenging behavior
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the provision of behavioral services
