Job Description:

The Health & Human Services Comm is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will provide senior-level behavior analysis services, including consultation and technical assistance, to individuals with cognitive, developmental, physical, and health-related needs.

You will work under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Your responsibilities will include providing supervision to behavioral health staff in the area of applied behavior analysis, conducting observations and functional assessments, and developing behavior support plans.

You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and departmental and agency policy, and for developing systems and procedures to meet the standards and requirements therein.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related discipline, and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will be required to pass a fingerprint criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and registry checks, including the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Nurse Aide, Medication Aide, and Employee Misconduct and HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities.

Flexibility in work hours may be required for this position, and you may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours. You must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment at a state-operated facility.

This position may be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
