We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA). As a women-owned business, we are committed to providing exceptional services and solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support to a team of recruiters, scheduling interviews, producing contracts, processing internal transfers, and implementing onboarding processes. You will also serve as the point of contact for committed hires, handling the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all vital actions are taken prior to the new hire start date.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide recruitment support to a team of recruiters.

  2. Schedule a high volume of interviews, working closely with candidates and the business for availability, booking conference rooms or video conferences, sending planners and confirmation emails.

  3. Produce contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, understanding the legal requirements and variances of each.

  4. Process internal transfers.

  5. Implement onboarding and other pre-hire checks, escalating when necessary.

  6. Understand the business process in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and keep the information in the system and other trackers up-to-date.

  7. Act as the point of contact for committed hires, handling the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all vital actions are taken prior to the new hire start date.

  8. Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes, recommending continuous improvement opportunities.

  9. Develop high-performing partnerships with partners across the firm, including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance, and others, to effectively handle issues/escalations, ensuring risk mitigation and seamless resolution.

  10. Serve as an advocate and catalyst for the firm mentality by reinforcing the firm's culture and principles.

  11. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Attention to detail - demonstrable track record of operational excellence in the HR realm.

  2. Strong client relationship management capabilities - capable of rapidly building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks.

  3. Highly motivated, energizing, and inspires others to seek higher levels of performance.

  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.

  5. Experience with Workday is a plus.

  6. Proficient level of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  7. Certifications and coursework in areas of HR expertise preferred.
