Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide clinical knowledge and execute sales and marketing strategies in the local market
  • Partner with customers to deploy approved services and meet their needs
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues
  • Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environments to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in specialty product sales or CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas
  • Documented successful sales performance and leadership experience
  • Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools
