Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of 2-4 years in recruitment within the construction sector.

Industry Knowledge:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and internal teams.

Networking Skills:
Proven ability to network and build relationships within the construction industry to identify potential candidates.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while meeting deadlines.

Problem-Solving Skills:
A proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges and implementing innovative solutions to attract top talent.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and other recruitment technologies.

Results-Driven:
A demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals and efficiently fulfill staffing requirements.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
