Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coordinator to join our team in Denver. As an Equipment Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support for equipment operations, interact with internal customers and external suppliers, and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete ongoing equipment administration functions, including equipment and tool transfers, accounting activities, and repair/service.
  • Track and complete equipment title/Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) transfer and registration and renewal process.
  • Develop and support constructive and customer-focused working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative functions relating to gathering and analyzing quotes, researching specifications, and obtaining comps.
  • Participate in the annual rental rate review by analyzing trends, life cycles, market rates, financials, internal equipment market valuation, and historical data.
  • Obtain specs and research comps for equipment freight coordination, monitor shipments, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; military experience and/or 2 years of construction, rental, or equipment experience preferred.
  • BASIC construction knowledge, including awareness of procedures, project life cycles, and construction resources and equipment.
  • BASIC understanding of applicable procurement laws and regulations, procurement best practices, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic financial concepts, awareness of commonly used construction tools and equipment, and basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment and decision-making skills.
