Key Responsibilities- Supervise the benefits and wellbeing team in the completion of assigned responsibilities, including carrier billing, unemployment support, medical orders, member services, and other benefit and wellbeing related tasks.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive benefit and wellbeing communications for plans regarding open enrollment, wellbeing initiatives, and associate benefit questions and concerns.
- Regularly meet and work with vendors and/or brokers to ensure high-level customer service delivery within plan documents and contractual agreements.
- Analyze benefits and wellbeing data to make recommendations on benefit administration, compliance, and communications.
- Work with benefit brokers to evaluate current and determine new benefit offerings and vendor providers.
- Establish annual funding levels for self-insured health and dental plans.
- Ensure data integrity and appropriate reporting through collaboration with HRIS, IT, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefit-related administration with staff supervision.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) coursework or certification is a plus.
