Wafer FIB Process Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wafer FIB Process Technician to join our team at Western Digital. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating tools used in wafer level STEM metrology process, including FIB, TEM-Link and TEM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run metrology measurements, evaluate and report the results
  • Monitor and facilitate wafer move in the fab
  • Coordinate with team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Communicate with customers about job requirements and progress
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer manufacturing processes and logistics
  • Knowledge of TEM sample preparation and TEM imaging with a deep understanding of their work principle, hardware and operations
  • Knowledge of Mitecs or similar Shop floor Control Systems
  • Able to extract, summarize, interpret, and present data
  • Able to apply process results to decision making and work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • History of problem solving; able to drive problems to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
