Job Title: Hamr Wafer Photo Process Engineer

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Hamr Wafer Photo Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new photolithography processes for HAMR development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new photolithography processes for HAMR development
  • Responsible for process automation setup, including recipe, Advanced Process Control, SPC, sustaining and improving process control
  • Document processes and procedures, train and certify technicians/operators, and conduct audits periodically
  • Provide HAMR photo weekend coverage, track and disposition critical wafer hold, with primary process owner's input if needed
  • Support track flow recipe setup and urgent Archer recipe setup for HAMR layers
Requirements:
  • MS or PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related engineering field
  • 5+ years of industrial experience is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of photolithography
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to find correlations and patterns among large amounts of data
