Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at McNeill Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel industry, including general managers, directors of sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including group sales, catering, and other revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, including those related to sales and revenue management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
