Job Summary

The General Manager - Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Little Caesars restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, inventory, sales, marketing, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, including product production, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including shift managers, cooks, and cashiers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
