  • Respond to referrals in our electronic medical records system, AllScripts.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals for patient admissions.
  • Conduct tours of our facility to prospective patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless transitions for patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in admissions is required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
