Archer Western, a member of The Walsh Group, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Florida Water Group, projects in and around the Tampa area.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and initiating structure, while also demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain our culture by creating a sense of community among project team members, providing leadership and development opportunities, and ensuring quality assurance and control plans are in place.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project start-up, completion, and close-out processes
  • Leadership and development of project teams
  • Quality assurance and control plans
  • Identifying and addressing issues with the Program Manager to ensure project success
  • Reviewing and approving preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost-to-complete estimates
  • Ensuring construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed
  • Coordinating with the Safety Manager to ensure projects meet safety goals

Requirements include:

  • Experience in managing construction teams
  • Specific roles may require relocation
