Job Overview

ARG Industrial is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Worker/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fairbanks. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating hydraulic and industrial hoses, assembling work orders, and ensuring quality control processing for outgoing work orders.

We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and be able to work in physically demanding conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses to required specifications
  • Assemble work orders to meet customer needs
  • Handle walk-in customers and process counter orders
  • Perform quality control processing for outgoing work orders
  • Verify product performance to defined test criteria
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Use hose assembly equipment to cut, clean, crimp, cap, and kit hose assemblies
  • Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production supervisor as needed
  • Assist in daily inventory counts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random hair follicle drug screenings
  • Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a team player attitude
  • Reliable and dependable adherence to work schedule
