Job Title: Talent Partner

Eataly North America is seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our team. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent development programs that align with our business objectives and support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent development strategies that drive business results and support employee growth
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process, including researching and developing unique sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and managing candidate experience and follow-up
  • Partner with multiple leadership teams and the HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive strategy for current and upcoming openings
  • Build a strong external candidate pipeline through frequent interviews with passive candidates
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify talent development needs and create tailored development plans for employees
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to successfully implement development plans
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build trust and networks among Eataly's corporate leadership and store operations teams
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant, high-volume talent acquisition experience
  • Prior talent development experience
  • Prior experience with high-volume operations, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and the unique talent development needs of the industry
  • Responsiveness to urgent business needs and requests
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Additional Information:
  • Availability to travel to existing and new Eataly locations up to 40% of the time

The annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
