In this position, you will be instrumental in protecting our clients by scrutinizing account activities for any signs of fraud, ensuring the integrity of account updates, and reconciling internal financial records. Your daily responsibilities will include managing workflows, updating client information, processing maintenance requests, and providing support to the operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and process workflow items for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update client information in banking systems and collaborate with retail staff on discrepancies.
  • Handle account maintenance requests, including closures and modifications.
  • Assess and make decisions on transactions flagged in the Check Fraud System.
  • Support the Deposit Operations team with tasks such as CD/IRA management and ACH affidavits.
  • Balance daily funds and analyze various reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You should be able to identify discrepancies, possess advanced organizational skills, and thrive under deadlines. A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask are essential for this dynamic position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in banking operations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete projects independently.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
