Position Overview
This role is situated within the Taxpayer Services Division, focusing on the management of service centers dedicated to Memphis Accounts Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of duties that encompass the full spectrum of program oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize delegated managerial authority to ensure comprehensive planning, direction, and timely execution of various program segments.
  • Approve and oversee multi-year work plans developed by subordinate managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise the revision of long-term plans and objectives to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Manage policy development in response to changes in funding and legislative requirements.
  • Facilitate organizational changes to improve program structure and content.
