Resumen del Puesto:
Se encarga de entregar todos los elementos del menú de alimentos y describirlos con precisión a los comensales. Actúa como un enlace entre los camareros, los servidores de cócteles y los bartenders, y los chefs.

Interactúa con los comensales, compañeros de trabajo y supervisores de manera educada y cortés para garantizar una hospitalidad excepcional.


Tareas y Responsabilidades:
incluyendo pero no limitado a

  • Mantener estándares de apariencia profesional según lo indicado en el Manual del Empleado de Tao Group Hospitality.
  • Anticipar y acomodar todas las necesidades de los comensales.
  • Proporcionar un servicio profesional y excepcional.
  • Entregar y describir todos los elementos de alimentos a los comensales, de manera oportuna.
  • Participar en el mantenimiento de las mesas y en la recolección de utensilios de mesa en exceso.
  • Mantener la limpieza general de las estaciones y de todo el local.
  • Seguir las instrucciones del supervisor, comunicarse y apoyar a los compañeros de trabajo, ser un jugador de equipo.
  • Tener un conocimiento profundo de todos los menús de alimentos y de la empresa.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de sanidad del Departamento de Salud y de la empresa.
  • Comunicar las necesidades de los comensales al personal de apoyo de Front-of-House y Heart-of-House, gerentes y chefs.
  • Preparar adecuadamente la estación del corredor, realizar tareas secundarias y otros procedimientos de apertura/cierre según lo indicado por la gerencia, incluyendo:
o Abastecer la estación con los elementos y suministros prescritos

o Realizar tareas secundarias de apertura según lo prescrito

o Realizar tareas secundarias de cierre según lo prescrito

  • Informar de inmediato a la gerencia sobre cualquier rotura o daño de equipos o muebles.
  • Asistir y participar en reuniones diarias previas al servicio.
  • Asistir y participar en cualquier sesión de capacitación o reuniones departamentales.
  • Aprender escuchando, observando a otros miembros del equipo y compartiendo conocimientos mientras se lidera con el ejemplo.
  • Mostrar una actitud positiva y profesional.
  • Demostrar conocimiento de Tao Group Hospitality, sus socios y entornos hoteleros de apoyo.
  • Trabajar como parte de un equipo y proporcionar ayuda y apoyo a todos los compañeros de equipo.

Requisitos de Capacitación:

  • Capacitación en el lugar de trabajo de Tao Group Hospitality, Certificado de Manipulación de Alimentos.

Educación y Calificaciones Mínimas:

  • Experiencia previa en hospitalidad.
  • Experiencia previa como corredor de alimentos.
  • Experiencia previa en un restaurante/noche de alto volumen/lounge.

Demandas Físicas y Entorno Laboral:

  • Debe poder estar de pie, levantar y agacharse durante períodos prolongados.
  • Debe poder agacharse y levantar hasta 50 lbs.
  • El rol puede incluir tareas que requieren movimiento repetitivo.
  • Exposición a elementos de cocina caliente o materiales de limpieza.
  • Debe poder trabajar y mantenerse enfocado en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible que incluya turnos variables como días, noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
