Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders to patrons in a full-service dining environment.
  • Present food items accurately according to the seating arrangement specified on the order ticket.
  • Skillfully carry an oval tray with both hot and cold dishes in a traditional dining setting.
  • Assist in expediting the kitchen line when necessary, particularly in the absence of the Expo.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Uphold the restaurant's service standards to maintain a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ensure efficient operations by communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding order fulfillment.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of each order before delivery.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume cash registers is beneficial.
