Position Overview
- Assist the wait staff by delivering food and beverages to tables during dine-in service.
- Clear tables promptly after each course and prepare them for the next guests.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their dining experience.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Zooba menu offerings.
- Adhere to Zooba's service protocols with a positive demeanor and a sense of urgency.
- Prepare tables according to the number of guests and ensure all dining areas are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all restaurant areas before, during, and after service.
- Follow safety regulations and health guidelines diligently.
- Innately service-oriented with a friendly disposition.
- Enthusiastic about learning Egyptian cuisine and culture.
- Willing to assist colleagues and guests whenever necessary.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate order delivery.

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a runner or busser in a casual dining setting.
- Familiarity with service standards and procedures.
- Team player who collaborates well with others.
- Capable of maintaining composure under pressure.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
