Job Overview

EMOL Health is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Record financial transactions in our accounting system with precision and accuracy.
  • Process payroll in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance for multiple states.
  • Maintain and monitor financial records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile and report any discrepancies in financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
