Cintas, a leading provider of facility services, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager II to oversee various aspects of human resources. This position plays a critical role in managing employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive positive employee relations and minimize turnover
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures

This role requires a strong background in human resources, safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (High School Diploma/GED required)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Cintas offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
