We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating new hire paperwork and orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely data entry
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing job descriptions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Prepare, process, and file HR-related documents
  • Assist in tracking employee attendance, vacations, and leave balances
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and ensuring timely submission

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
