- Address eligibility and benefit inquiries, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of member needs.
- Manage premium billing inquiries and assist with payment processing and complaint resolution.
- Document all incoming contacts accurately to determine their nature and respond effectively to complex calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating skills aligned with the organization's commitment to quality service.
- Collaborate with health plan and medical group personnel to gather relevant information for resolving inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure the confidentiality of member information.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of systems and processes relevant to customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts.
