  • Manage premium billing inquiries and assist with payment processing and complaint resolution.
  • Document all incoming contacts accurately to determine their nature and respond effectively to complex calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating skills aligned with the organization's commitment to quality service.
  • Collaborate with health plan and medical group personnel to gather relevant information for resolving inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure the confidentiality of member information.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of systems and processes relevant to customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts.
