Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest T-Mobile products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
