About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Verge Mobile – a T-Mobile Premium Partner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest T-Mobile products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
