Objective:

The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in fostering and nurturing client relationships. This position allows you to leverage your B2B sales acumen by devising strategies to enhance an existing portfolio while actively seeking new business opportunities through cold outreach and prospecting. Successful candidates will be adept communicators, strategic planners, and motivated by meeting sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive sales visits to both new and existing clients – showcasing and demonstrating new offerings, discussing promotions, and identifying stocking opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with store and operations teams to enhance service quality and address client concerns.
  • Onboard new accounts, drive sales growth, and meet personal sales development targets.
  • Implement and promote the company's sales initiatives.
  • Arrange client meetings while accommodating their schedules.
  • Achieve a minimum of 15 in-person client meetings daily.
  • Thoroughly document all sales interactions in our leading CRM system during or immediately following each visit.
  • Assess the frequency of client interactions and establish a consistent appointment schedule.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Access to a personal vehicle.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
